自杀为人类十大死因之一,并呈逐年上升趋势。在我国,随着改革开放的深入,社会竞争机制的引入和西方文化的渗入,青年自尊独立意识不断增强,而他们面临环境和自身发展过程中的种种问题时又引起种种心理冲突,从而导致自杀意念和自杀行为的发生。据调查,我国大学生和高中生中有自杀意念者分别为21.43％和17.67％。本文试就近年来我院就诊的60例15—35岁服毒自杀者的情况,从社会—生物—心理因素的角度做一分析,并提出预防对策。
Suicide is one of the top ten causes of humankind and shows a year-by-year upward trend. In our country, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the introduction of social competition mechanism and the penetration of western culture, the self-esteem of young people is constantly increasing their sense of independence. When they face various problems in the environment and in their own development, they cause various psychological conflicts and lead to suicide Idea and suicide. According to the survey, there are 21.43% and 17.67% of suicidal ideation among college students and high school students in our country. This article tries to analyze the situation of 60 suicide victims aged from 15 to 35 in our hospital in recent years to make an analysis from the perspective of social-biological-psychological factors and put forward preventive measures.
