在真实烟气再循环条件下进行循环流化床(CFB)富氧燃烧试验,发现在配气气氛下和真实烟气再循环条件下CFB中NOx的生成规律有很大差异.基于该试验结果,建立了一个富氧燃烧CFB炉内NOx的生成模型,在该模型中重点考察了床温和氧气浓度对NOx生成的影响.结果表明:在不同气氛下,NOx的生成量随温度和氧气浓度的升高均明显增加;在富氧气氛下,NOx的生成对温度的变化更加敏感,而且不同煤种和石灰石的加入均可能影响NOx的生成特性;该模型计算结果与试验结果较吻合.
Under the condition of real flue gas recirculation, CFB oxygen-enriched combustion test shows that there are great differences in the formation of NOx in CFB under the condition of gas distribution and real flue gas recirculation.Based on the test results , A model for NOx formation in a CFB furnace with oxygen-enriched combustion was established. The effects of bed temperature and oxygen concentration on NOx formation were investigated in this model. The results show that NOx formation varies with temperature and oxygen concentration The formation of NOx is more sensitive to the change of temperature under the oxygen-enriched atmosphere, and the addition of different coal species and limestone may affect the NOx formation characteristics. The calculated results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results.
