齿轮是发动机的重要传动变速件,承受的负荷较大,对于齿面、轴承跑道等部位的光洁度和精度要求较高。这些部位经过磨削加工后,不允许有磨削软化(烧伤)、磨削再硬化(过烧)、磨削裂纹等磨削加工中最容易产生的磨削弊病存在。这些弊病使齿轮的工作寿命降低,而且在高速负载工作时容易折断破坏。我厂在试制“斯贝”发动机时,对英国罗·罗公司的硝酸腐蚀检查磨削缺陷的工艺方法进行了试验和研究。从试验结果和试生产情况看
