本文从工业增长目标框架出发,基于增长结果目标指向和增长驱动目标指向两个层面,从稳定、高效、环保、低耗、信息融合、人力资本和创新驱动等多个方面对我国地区工业增长质量进行评价。采用主成分分析方法编制地区工业增长质量指数,对2005—2013年中国30个省级行政区的工业增长质量进行测度,并对地区工业增长质量的区域特征进行分析。中国地区工业增长质量指数的建立,对于认识我国工业增长质量地区差异,科学制定区域发展规划,具有一定的参考意义。
Based on the industrial growth target framework, this paper, based on the results of the growth target and the growth drivers, points out the importance of industrial growth in China from the aspects of stability, efficiency, environmental protection, low consumption, information fusion, human capital and innovation driven Evaluation. The principal component analysis method was used to compile the index of industrial growth quality in the region, measure the industrial growth quality of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2013, and analyze the regional characteristics of regional industrial growth quality. The establishment of the index of industrial growth quality in China has certain reference value for understanding the differences in the quality of industrial growth in our country and in formulating the regional development planning scientifically.
