The molecular mechanism of Chinese medicine compound Bailong Tablets on the regulation of human gastric cancer MGc80-3 cells indicates that the growth of gastric cancer cells can be inhibited by the regulation of two signal pathways (cAMP-PKA and DAG-PKC) in tumor cells. Western medicine induces differentiation agent hexamethylen bisacetamide (HMBA) similar. The induction of differentiation of mouse erythroleukemia cells (MELC) by HMBA has not only been reported for a long time, but also the mechanism of action is closely related to PKC. This article is still using HMBA as a positive control to further explore the difference between compound Bailong tablets and HMBA in tumor cells.
