在文化体制改革的新阶段,文化企业得到了前所未有的发展,但日益激烈的市场竞争和经济全球化又给文化企业带来了巨大的挑战。面对新形势,科学且有效的财务内部控制制度能成为文化企业发展的有力保障。本文通过分析企业财务内部控制面临的若干问题,结合文化企业的发展特征提出相应的对策。
In the new stage of cultural system reform, cultural enterprises have enjoyed unprecedented development. However, the increasingly fierce market competition and economic globalization have brought enormous challenges to cultural enterprises. Faced with the new situation, a scientific and effective financial internal control system can become a strong guarantee for the development of cultural enterprises. In this paper, by analyzing some problems faced by the internal financial control of enterprises and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the development characteristics of the cultural enterprises.
