针对中石化集团油气资源接替形势 ,在总结中石化集团在东部探区不同地质条件、解决不同问题时形成的综合勘探技术系列及其在油气勘探中的整体优势的基础上 ,分析了作为主力油区的东部油田目前在油气勘探过程中遇到的地质研究、技术应用、技术管理与创新方面的问题 ;按照中石化集团“稳定东部 ,加快西部 ,准备南方 ,拓展海外”的十六字方针 ,提出以“坐稳老区、强化新区、油气并重、实现发展”为勘探部署方针和发展 7项综合勘探技术系列、加强 12项勘探技术攻关、推广 14项勘探新技术、强化 3项基础工作、探索 8项前瞻性技术、完善技术创新管理的勘探技术发展与技术创新管理总体战略 ,以实现东部油气勘探达到“四化一适应”的总体发展目标.“,”Against the present connecting situation of oil and gas resources in sinopec, based on comprehensive exploration technique (ET) series which were formed when summing up Sinopec resolved various problems under different conditions at east exploring area and integral superiority in oil and gas exploration, analyzed problems of exploration technique, geology structure, technical management and innovation which the east oil field as the main one have met in the course of development; according to the “Strategy of Sixteen Words”-“Stabilize East, speed up West, prepare South and develop abroad”, put forward exploration arrangement policy -“Consolidate old area, Strengthen new area, Oil and gas in balance, Realize development”, and seven comprehensive exploring techniques, strengthened 12 key ET, popularized 14 ET new techniques, solidified 3 basic work, probed 8 forecasting techniques, perfected ET development and general strategy of technical innovation management, to make the east oil and gas exploration realize general development target.
