新课程改革的核心理念是“为了每一位学生的发展”和“让每个学生都有进步”。但在日常教学中,我们发现学生的差异制约着其学习效果,也是学科教学需要研究和解决的一个问题。我们根据学生的差异特点,采用分层教学法来改进自主学习的课堂教学就显得非常有必要,使不同层次的学生都能获得数学知识,不同层次的学生都能提升数学素养,从而实现教学质量的全面提高。
