当前,京郊农村出现了一些新矛盾、新问题,如在农民群众民主意识普遍增强的同时,少数乡、村干部民主意识滞后,群访群告,因土地被征用后拆迁、补偿、转非、安置引起的矛盾等。怎么解决这些问题呢?我认为有重要的四点必须把握住。一、要摆正位置,把维护群众的根本利益作为党委工作的出发点和落脚点。我认为,能否认准自己的位置,摆正自己与群众的关系,是妥善解决当前农村各种新矛盾、新问题的关键,或者说是首要条件。广大人民群众是我们执政的基础,失去广大人民群众,共产党还执什么政?黄村镇有几万口人,才有我们黄村
