5年来我们采用茎乳孔封闭法,治疗面瘫50例收到较好疗效,现介绍如下:一、一般资料:1.本组50例,男性35例,女性15例,年龄14～20岁26例,21～30岁15例,31～60岁9例。2.主要症征:27例为左侧周围性面瘫22例为右侧,1例双侧,均表现患侧额绞消失,眼裂大,露白1～7mm,鼻唇沟浅,抬额、皱眉、吹口哨不能。舌前2/3味觉消失者28例,流泪者9例,面部感觉减退者15例,耳周压痛者16例,病侧眼轮匝肌反射均减弱。3.病程3天～3个月。二、治疗方法:选择患例耳后,耳垂下乳突前方进针1.5～2cm,无回血注药,针尖呈垂直方向
