[目的]探讨STAT3、VEGF-C在甲状腺癌中表达及其与临床病理特征关系。[方法]采用免疫组化SP技术,检测STAT3及VEGF-C在90例甲状腺癌、30例甲状腺腺瘤和瘤旁正常甲状腺组织中表达,分析其与甲状腺癌临床病理特征关系。[结果]在正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺腺瘤组织及甲状腺乳头状癌组织中,STAT3、VEGF-C表达阳性率逐渐增加,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且两者存在正相关(r=0.704,P<0.01)。STAT3在甲状腺癌中表达在不同患者年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤包膜侵犯、淋巴结转移、临床分期及肿瘤多灶性方面差异有统计学意义。VEGF-C在甲状腺癌中表达在不同甲状腺癌大小、肿瘤包膜侵犯、淋巴结转移及肿瘤多灶性方面差异有统计学意义。[结论]对甲状腺癌进行STAT3和VEGF-C检测,有助于判断肿瘤的侵袭和转移情况。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of STAT3 and VEGF-C in thyroid carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological features. [Method] The expression of STAT3 and VEGF-C in 90 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 30 cases of thyroid adenoma and adjacent normal thyroid tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP technique. The relationship between STAT3 and VEGF-C was analyzed with the clinicopathological features of thyroid carcinoma. [Results] The positive rates of STAT3 and VEGF-C in normal thyroid tissue, thyroid adenoma and papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues were significantly increased (P <0.01), and there was a positive correlation between them (r = 0.704, P <0.01). STAT3 expression in thyroid cancer in different patient age, tumor size, tumor envelope invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and tumor multifocal differences were statistically significant. VEGF-C expression in thyroid cancer in different thyroid cancer size, tumor envelope invasion, lymph node metastasis and tumor multifocal differences were statistically significant. [Conclusion] The detection of STAT3 and VEGF-C in thyroid cancer can help to judge the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
