基于能耗法的水泥混凝土桥梁铺装层复合结构疲劳特性分析

能量法为分析沥青混合料疲劳特性的有效方法之一,应用于分析水泥混凝土桥面铺装复合结构的疲劳特性。首先,介绍了沥青混合料的能耗分析方法;其次,根据铺装复合结构设计原理,推导得到基于能耗原理的疲劳寿命方程;最后,通过复合梁3点弯曲疲劳试验,得到能量法参数及相关回归系数,可以预测不同轴载作用下铺装体系的疲劳寿命。结果表明:采用能耗法建立的铺装层疲劳方程可写为能耗(W0)-寿命(N f)形式;研究成果对建立水泥混凝土桥面铺装层疲劳设计理论和方法,有效预估水泥混凝土桥面铺装层使用寿命,具有较强的理论意义与应用价值。 The energy method is one of the effective methods to analyze the fatigue properties of asphalt mixture. It is applied to analyze the fatigue characteristics of cement-concrete pavement composite structures. Firstly, the energy consumption analysis method of asphalt mixture is introduced. Secondly, according to the design principle of pavement composite structure, the fatigue life equation based on energy consumption principle is deduced. Finally, the energy law parameter and the three- Correlation coefficient can predict the fatigue life of paving system under different axle loads. The results show that the fatigue equation of pavement can be written as energy consumption (W0) - life span (N f) based on the energy consumption method. The research results provide an effective estimate for the fatigue design theory and method of building the pavement of cement concrete bridge deck Cement concrete bridge deck pavement life, has strong theoretical significance and application value.
