为了推动小学在职教师培训工作,为了帮助广大小学教师自学和进修,本刊从今年第十一期开始,开展小学教师自我测验活动,连续刊登“小学教师自测试题”及其答案。本刊上一期刊登了语文试题,本期刊登了数学试题及语文试题答案,明年各期将陆续刊登教育学、心理学、政治、自然、历史、地理、教师修养、体音美等学科。这项活动受到了广大小学教师的普遍欢迎。编辑部收到大批来信,要求订购本刊今年的第十一期和第十二期,并表示要预订本刊明年的各期。这表示了广大小学教师努力提高自己的强烈愿望。党和国家对教师素质的提高寄予极大的关切和期望,《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》指出,培训
