各有关区政府,市政府各委、办、局:按照《北京市人民政府批转市国土房管局关于解决本市按照标准租金出租私有房屋问题的若干意见的通知》(京政发[2001]37号)规定,本市按照标准租金出租私有房屋的月租金,自2003年3月起可提高至每使用平方米20元。为推进本市标准租私房工作,经市政府同意,现就有关事项通知如下:
All relevant district governments and municipal government committees, offices and bureaus: In accordance with the “Notice of Beijing Municipal People’s Government for Forwarding Some Opinions of the Land and Housing Administration on Resolving the Problems of Leasing Private Houses by Standard Rent in the Municipality” (Jingzhengfa [2001] 37) stipulates that the city rent standard private rental monthly rent, since March 2003 can be increased to 20 yuan per square meter of use. To promote the city standard rent private housing, with the consent of the municipal government, are hereby notified on the matter as follows:
