目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中脑CT值与神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的相关性,为诊疗提供依据。方法收集45例HIE患儿,采用TOSHIBA Aquilion4螺旋CT扫描脑部,并检测血清中NSE水平,同时选择同期住院均为咽下综合征患者45例作对照组。结果 HIE组与对照组比较,额叶、颞叶的CT值有明显差异(P<0.01),而枕叶与顶叶存在一定差异(P<0.05),显示HIE患儿脑损伤以额叶、颞叶为主,枕叶、顶叶次之;HIE患儿脑部CT值越低,其血清NSE值越高,两者呈直线相关。结论 HIE患儿血清NSE的水平和脑实质CT值对评估脑实质的损伤的程度有参考意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between midbrain CT value and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Totally 45 children with HIE were enrolled in this study. TOSHIBA Aquilion 4 spiral CT was used to scan the brain and NSE levels in serum were detected. Meanwhile, 45 inpatients with swallowing syndrome were selected as control group. Results Compared with the control group, the CT value of frontal lobe and temporal lobe in HIE group was significantly different (P <0.01), while there was a significant difference between the occipital lobe and parietal lobe (P <0.05) Temporal lobe, occipital lobe and parietal lobe were the second. The lower the CT value of brain in HIE children, the higher the serum NSE was and the two were linearly related. Conclusion The level of serum NSE and CT value of brain parenchyma in children with HIE have reference value for evaluating the extent of brain parenchyma injury.
