目的了解莒县风疹的发病特点,为制定风疹防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2012年1月至2016年1月莒县人民医院收治的风疹患者100例进行回顾性分析。结果 2012~2016年收治的全部100例患者,均出现皮肤斑丘疹,且淋巴结肿大,临床症状相对较重,中度以上发热患者较多,严重并发症少见。结论莒县风疹发病年龄有升高趋势。
Objective To understand the incidence of rubella in Shexian County and provide a scientific basis for the development of rubella control strategies. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of rubella patients admitted to Juxian People’s Hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 was conducted. Results All the 100 patients who were admitted from 2012 to 2016 had skin rash and swollen lymph nodes. The clinical symptoms were relatively severe. More patients with moderate or severe fever were found, and severe complications were rare. Conclusion The incidence of rubella in Yixian County has an increasing trend.
