项目概况:阿尔及利亚BC项目为2×6000吨熟料水泥生产线总承包项目,项目范围从破碎开始,到水泥包装发运结束,是两条完整的水泥生产线。合同工期:A生产线工期24个月出熟料,26个月出水泥,30个月临时验收;B生产线工期:28个月出熟料,30个月出水泥,34个月临时验收。根据项目实施规划,在施工高峰期全场人数将达到1500人次,此外,工程量大、场地狭窄、工期紧张,以及业主对安全的不重视、不参与,都是对项目安全管理的极大挑战。
Project Overview: The BC project in Algeria is a general contracting project for a 2 × 6,000 tonne clinker cement production line. The project scope starts from crushing and ends with the delivery of cement packaging. It is a complete two cement production line. Contract Duration: A production line period of 24 months out of clinker, 26 months out of cement, 30 months of temporary acceptance; B production line Duration: 28 months out of clinker, 30 months out of cement, 34 months temporary acceptance. According to the implementation plan of the project, the number of the audience will reach 1,500 during the peak construction period. In addition, the large amount of projects, the narrow space, the tight construction period, and the negligence and lack of participation of the owners in the safety are great challenges to project safety management .
