随着科技的发展,计算机网络已渗透到生活中的每一个角落,计算机的应用增加了很多电子文件,而传统的档案管理已经不能适合现在时代的因此发展需要建设电子文件的管理模式,目前在正文电子文件的文件乃至现状进行分析后得出了故事几点加强电子文件管理系统建设的建议。
With the development of science and technology, the computer network has infiltrated every corner of life. The application of computer has increased a lot of electronic documents. However, the traditional file management can not meet the needs of the current era. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a management mode of electronic documents.
