三坐标测量机对工件尺寸进行测量时,由于其特有的测量方法和数据处理方法,易造成测量数据不准确。通过三坐标测量机测量原理及计算机数据处理算法分析,适当改变尺寸测量的方法,可有效提高三坐标测量机测量数据的可靠性。本文以三坐标测量环规直径尺寸为例,分析了对直径尺寸影响的各种影响因素,以便三坐标操作及使用者在测量过程中选取合适的测量仪器来满足我们的测量要求。从而为我们的测量仪器的选择提供了一个可供参考的依据。
Coordinate measuring machine to measure the size of the workpiece, due to its unique measurement methods and data processing methods, easily lead to inaccurate measurement data. Through the measurement principle of CMM and the analysis of computer data processing algorithms, the method of properly changing the dimension measurement can effectively improve the reliability of CMM measurement data. In this paper, taking the ring diameter measurement in CMM as an example, various influencing factors on the size of the diameter are analyzed so that the CMM and the user can select suitable measuring instruments to meet the measurement requirements during the measurement. Which provides a basis for the selection of our measuring instruments for reference.
