复方五倍子液(简称复方液)经胃镜喷洒局部止血已获得良好效果,但急性上消化道出血时紧急下胃镜给药多需验肝功和HBsAg,受时间和条件限制,拖延治疗。我们试用口服给药法治疗124例,得到满意疗效,报道如下。
Compound gallnut liquid (referred to as compound liquid) by gastroscope spray local hemostasis has been good, but acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscopy often need to test liver function and HBsAg, subject to time and conditions, delay treatment.
