随着新《环境保护法》的顺利实施,我国的环境保护事业也迈入了新的发展历程中,新环保法因其具有一定的独特性以及功能上的多样性,在我国治理环境问题上具有一定的指导性以及深远的影响力。基于此,本文主要对新环保法功能与特征进行了探讨。
