目的研究大一新生的适应能力与主观幸福感之间的关系,以期缩短大一新生适应大学生活的周期,提升他们的主观幸福感。方法采用苏州大学自编的《大学生适应能力量表》和Diener等人编制的生活满意度量表(SWLS)。主观幸福感量表,对湖北某高校的267名大一新生进行问卷调查。结果①大学生主观幸福感存在性别差异(t=3.061,P<0.05);②独生子女大学生的主观幸福感显著高于非独生子女大学生(t=2.756,P<0.05);③不同生源地的大学生,在适应能力方面,存在显著差异且来自城市的大学生显著高于来自城镇的大学生和农村的大学生,城镇大学生高于农村大学生(F=3.061,P<0.05);④大一新生适应能力与主观幸福感各因子均有显著的相关(r=0.409,0.208,0.176,0.365;P<0.01)。结论女大学生的主观幸福感普遍高于男大学生;独生子女的主观幸福感普遍高于非独生子女;来自城市的大学生的适应能力优于来自城镇的,城镇的又优于来自农村的;大学生的适应能力与主观幸福感之间有很好的一致性。
Objective To study the relationship between the adaptability and subjective well-being of freshmen in order to shorten the cycle of freshmen’s adaptation to university life and enhance their subjective well-being. Methods Suzhou University self-adapting ability scale and Diener’s life satisfaction scale (SWLS) were used. Subjective well-being scale, a university in Hubei 267 freshmen survey. Results ① The subjective well-being of college students had gender differences (t = 3.061, P <0.05); ② The subjective well-being of one-child college students was significantly higher than that of non-only college students (t = 2.756, P <0.05) (F = 3.061, P <0.05). (4) Freshmen’s adaptability and subjectiveness were significantly higher than that of rural undergraduates (F = 3.061, P <0.05) There was a significant correlation between each factor of happiness (r = 0.409,0.208,0.176,0.365; P <0.01). Conclusion The subjective well-being of female college students is generally higher than that of male college students. The only child’s subjective well-being is generally higher than that of non-only children. The adaptability of college students from urban areas is superior to those from urban areas and urban areas. There is good agreement between adaptability and subjective well-being.
