在经济全球化与区域经济集团化的趋势下,市场经济呈现出经济联合的横向发展特征,企业对外投资已成为企业投资活动的主要内容。本文主要基于交易制度与产业集群的定义及内涵,主要分析企业对外投资模式的类型,重点对基于交易制度与产业集群的对外投资模式选择给与相关建议与对策。
Under the trend of economic globalization and collectivization of regional economy, the market economy shows the horizontal development characteristics of economic union. The overseas investment of enterprises has become the main content of the investment activities of enterprises. This article is mainly based on the definition and connotation of the transaction system and industrial cluster. It mainly analyzes the types of enterprises’ overseas investment patterns and gives some suggestions and countermeasures to the foreign investment patterns based on the transaction system and industrial clusters.
