本文提出了悬置微带间隙不连续性的一个分析方法——准TEM波分析。以间隙不连续性中心为基点,向两侧等间距地置入具有同样结构的间隙不连续性,从而构造出一个周期的不连续性阵列。不连续性间的距离(周期)是这样选择的,以致两者的互作用消失。研究其中的一个周期区域,利用二维Fourier变换技术计算出它的总电容,根据总电容,得到不连续性的等效电路参量。当悬置微带退化成微带线时,数值结果与R.S.Yahya等人(1974)给出的结果基本一致。
In this paper, an analysis method of suspension microstrip gap discontinuity - quasi-TEM wave analysis is proposed. Based on the gap discontinuity center, gap discontinuities with the same structure are equally spaced on both sides to construct a periodic discontinuity array. The distance (period) between discontinuities is chosen such that the interaction between the two disappears. Study one of the cycle region, using the two-dimensional Fourier transform technology to calculate its total capacitance, according to the total capacitance, get discontinuous equivalent circuit parameters. When the suspended microstrip degenerates into a microstrip line, the numerical results are basically consistent with the results given by R.S.Yahya et al. (1974).
