洋县地处陕西汉中盆地东缘,总人口43.2万人,土地面积3206km~2,其中绝大部分为山地、丘陵,耕地45.4万亩,人均1.05亩,其中水田0.56亩。多年来,洋县县委、县政府认真贯彻“兴水促农”的方针,坚持不懈地开展农田水利基本建设,连续两年荣获省水利建设“仪祉杯”奖,1989年被评为全国水利建设先进县,粮食生产连续9年丰收,农村经济持续稳定发展。去年以来,洋县以开发丘陵低山区和平川区挖潜为重点,组织7大类85项农田水利建设,发动全县10万劳力,移动土、石方424万 m~3。完成汉江防洪堤15km 的加高培厚和3.7km 河堤砌石护岸工程。
Yangxian County is located in the eastern edge of the Hanzhong Basin in Shaanxi Province with a total population of 432,000 and a land area of 3206 km2. Most of the area is mountainous and hilly with a cultivated area of 454,000 mu and a per capita population of 1.05 mu, of which 0.56 mu is paddy field. Over the years, Yangxian County Party Committee and County Government conscientiously implement the “water for agriculture” principle, unremittingly carry out farmland water conservancy construction, won the provincial water conservancy construction “Well-being Cup” award for two consecutive years, in 1989 was named the National Water Conservancy The construction of advanced counties, food production for 9 consecutive years of harvest, the rural economy sustained and stable development. Since last year, Yangxian County focused on tapping the potential of developing hilly and hilly areas and Hirakawa areas and organized 85 farmland water conservancy projects in 7 major categories to mobilize 100,000 labors and mobile earth and stone measures of 4.24 million m 3 in the entire county.
