体育教研组是学校行政赖以领导教学的有效组织形式,教研组建设的好坏,直接关系到学校的管理和教学质量。它具有成员之间关系相对稳定、有共同目标和稳定联系的特点,在某种程度上是互相依赖、相互协作的关系,这与人际关系心理学中关于群体的概念是相吻合的。因此,笔者试图借助群体理论方面的研究来探讨体育教研组的建设。
PE teaching and research group is an effective organization form that the school administration relies on to lead teaching. The construction of teaching and research group is directly related to the management and teaching quality of the school. It has the characteristics of relatively stable relationship among members, common goals and stable relations. It is to some extent an interdependent and cooperative relationship, which is consistent with the concept of group in interpersonal psychology. Therefore, the author tries to explore the construction of PE teaching and research group by means of research on group theory.
