The 21st International Seed Testing Conference was held in Brisbane, Australia from July 10-19, 1986. This is the triennial meeting of the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA). 296 delegates from 48 countries and regions attended the conference, and 162 papers were received at the conference; 10 were from China and 7 were submitted. The conference is divided into three phases. The first phase is the executive committee and professional committee meetings.
