1918 is the year with the highest mortality rate of tuberculosis in Japan, accounting for the first place in the disease classification, with 2571 deaths and deaths per 100,000 population. The total death toll was 140,747, a panicked disease. After the war, with the preventive measures taken against tuberculosis, the application of advanced anti-tuberculosis drugs such as streptomycin, isoniazid, and rifampicin and advances in treatment technology, the improvement of people’s nutritional status, the incidence of tuberculosis and the mortality rate have been declining year by year, By 1988, there were only 3.2 deaths per 100 000 population, with a total death toll of 3863, ranking the 16th among disease deaths. But now there is a tendency to underestimate the residual nodules. And, the incidence of tuberculosis is no longer declining. This should be noted. In addition, the frequent occurrence of tuberculosis among foreign students is also a new prominent issue. The author of the tuberculosis patients were analyzed and found that very few mothers, that is, most of them are induced by a certain complication. In addition, it is not uncommon for young people now to be scattered or in groups.
