重点开展蛋清蛋白水解物体内抗氧化作用的实验研究,对比分析了2种蛋清蛋白水解物对受试30d小鼠的皮肤羟脯氨酸含量(HYP)、血清微量丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性等指标的影响情况。结果表明:与灌胃蒸馏水的空白对照组比,蛋清蛋白水解物Ⅰ即5%浓度蛋清高F值寡肽能够提高受试小鼠血清中GAH-PX活性(p>0.05);能够显著提高受试小鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量(p<0.01);能够显著降低(p<0.01)受试小鼠血清中MDA含量;能够显著提高受试小鼠免疫器官——脾脏的脏器系数(p<0.05),具有一定的抗氧化功效。
The experimental study on the anti-oxidative effect of egg white proteolysate in vivo was carried out. The effects of two kinds of egg white proteolysants on the hydroxyproline content (HYP), serum MDA level, Serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity and other indicators of the impact.
