对按常规工艺振捣过的混凝土,在适当的时候(一般是在水泥接近终凝时)给以再次振捣,叫做混凝土的二次振捣。二次振捣工艺能提高混凝土的抗压强度,也能改善混凝土的其它性能。我国已有一些单位在生产实践中不同程度地应用了这种工艺,取得了良好的技术经济效益。为了进一步促进这项工艺的推广应用,本文将就其效用作如下简单介绍。一、二次振捣能进一步提高混凝土的密实度塑性或流动性混凝土拌合物,在浇灌入模、振捣成型,以及随后的静停过程
For concrete that has been vibrated by conventional techniques, it is reactivated at an appropriate time (usually when the cement is near the final setting) and is called concrete vibrating twice. The second vibrating process can increase the compressive strength of the concrete and can also improve the other properties of the concrete. In China, some units have applied this technology in varying degrees in their production practices and have achieved good technical and economic benefits. In order to further promote the promotion and application of this process, this article will briefly introduce its effectiveness as follows. The first and second vibrators can further increase the compactness of concrete, plastic or fluid concrete mixes, and can be poured into molds, vibrated and formed, and the subsequent static stopping process.
