目的评价灭菌过程验证程序对管腔器械压力蒸汽灭菌效果监测方法。方法采用灭菌过程验证装置及其配套化学指示器材,对2085批次压力蒸汽灭菌管腔类器械进行监测观察。结果在2 085批次压力蒸汽灭菌过程中,监测出9次不合格,放行合格率为99.5%。结论灭菌过程验证程序监测压力蒸汽灭菌批量管腔类器械放行可实现安全快捷,提高了灭菌的安全系数,可作为灭菌物品批次放行的依据。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the sterilization procedure verification procedure on the pressure steam sterilization of luminal instruments. Methods 2085 batches of autoclaved lumen devices were monitored by the sterilization process verification device and its accompanying chemical indicators. Results During the pressure steam sterilization of 2 085 batches, nine failed tests were conducted and the pass rate was 99.5%. Conclusion Verification of Sterilization Process The monitoring of pressure steam sterilization batch lumen devices allows for safe and quick release and increases the safety factor for sterilization as a basis for batch release of sterilized items.
