利用12个性状对采自河南省洛阳市的28份狗牙根种质资源的遗传变异、性状相关性及主成分进行了分析。结果表明:狗牙根不同种源各性状具有广泛的变异,变异系数最大的是草层高度57.02%;12个性状变异系数由大到小依次为:草层高度>营养枝高度>生殖枝高度>直立茎叶片长度>匍匐茎节间长度>匍匐茎节间直径>花序长度>小穗数>直立茎叶片宽度>穗枝数>小穗宽>小穗长;各性状间不是相互独立的,而是存在着较广泛的联系,相关系数最高的性状为营养枝高度与草层高度(0.9201);主成分分析将狗牙根12个性状简化为4个主成分,其累积贡献率为82.97%,以高度相关因子的贡献率最高,达到51.84%。
The genetic variations, traits and the principal components of 28 bermudagrass germplasm resources collected from Luoyang, Henan Province were analyzed using 12 traits.
