党的十六大把“三个代表”重要思想同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论一道,确立为党必须长期坚持的指导思想,实现了我们党指导思想的又一次与时俱进。最近党中央发出号召,要求全党迅速兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮。为更好地推动“三个代表”重要思想的学习贯彻,把思想和行动统一到“三个代表”重要思想上来,以指导全省的改革开放和富民兴黔伟大事业,我刊特开辟“兴起学习贯彻‘三个代表’重要思想新高潮”专栏,旨在宣传各地各部门在学习“三个代表”重要思想新高潮中的新认识、新体会,用“三个代表”重要思想指导我省经济建设和社会发展。在此,欢迎广大读者赐稿,共谋贵州发展新思路。
