科学、合理的教师教学评价是高职院校提高教育教学质量的“助推器”。但目前高职院校教师教学评价在目的定位、评价主体、评价方法、评价体系等方面存在诸多问题。通过对现存的问题进行分析,从树立全新评价观念、多元评价主体参与、设计体现高职特色的评价体系、建立完善的信息反馈机制等几个方面提出对策,以期有效实现教师评价的多重功能。
Scientific and reasonable evaluation of teachers’ teaching is a “booster” to improve the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. However, there are many problems in the teaching evaluation of higher vocational college teachers in such aspects as the purpose of orientation, the subject of evaluation, the evaluation method, the evaluation system and so on. By analyzing the existing problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of setting up a new evaluation concept, participating in multiple evaluation subjects, designing an evaluation system that reflects the characteristics of higher vocational education, and establishing a perfect information feedback mechanism so as to effectively realize the multiple functions of teacher evaluation.
