随着高校学生党员队伍不断壮大,高校学生党员教育与管理工作面临许多新的情况和问题。北京联合大学商务学院进行了有益的探索与尝试,试行了学生党员承诺公示制。学生党员承诺公示制分为科学定诺、践行承诺、验收承诺三个步骤。学生党员承诺公示制在实施中存在着问题:承诺的盲目性和从众性;承诺的内容抽象空洞。因此,要加强分类指导,确保承诺内容的有效性;加强督查,规范管理;加强学生党支部书记的培训。
With the growing ranks of college student party members, college student party members face many new situations and problems in education and management.
