随着近年来我国社会经济体制的深化改革,企业内部组织结构发生了一定的改变。在此基础上,企业员工思想也相应的产生了变化。对此,加强企业基层党建工作,促进党建工作优化改革至关重要。而企业政工部门作为企业党建工作实施的重要载体,在新时期发展下,应紧跟党的要求,在认知当前基层党建工作存在问题的基础上,注重工作的创新,从思想、理念、机制以及团队出发,进行不断强化,激发基层党建工作活力。
