本文通过对104国道沿线各地国民经济发展和交通运输现状评价,建立人口、工农业总产值、客货运量和道路交通量的预测模型,进行路线优化和费用效益分析,提出了加速104国道建设的必要性以及北京至杭州段的具体建设方案和应采取的技术政策措施,可供有关主管部门制订“八五”和“九五”期间公路建设规划参考。
Based on the evaluation of the current national economic development and transportation status in 104 National Roads around the country, this paper establishes a prediction model of population, industrial and agricultural output value, passenger and cargo traffic volume and road traffic volume, and conducts route optimization and cost-benefit analysis. Necessity and the specific construction plan from Beijing to Hangzhou section and the technical and policy measures to be taken so that the relevant competent departments can formulate highway construction planning reference during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period.
