京剧艺术大师萧长华先生,从艺一生,功高德劭,不仅为后世留下了丰富的艺术遗产,培育了大批的杰出人才,在艺术道德方面也为后人树立了典范。可贵的“布伞”精神旧时,《梨园条例》中有个禁忌:后台“不得张伞”。管雨伞唤作“雨具”,或叫“雨盖”。因忌讳“伞”字的谐音——“散”。这是因为在旧时代,艺人们组班演戏,来自四面八方,集结一起,同台献艺,只有心气儿齐,抱成团儿,通力合作,才能把一台戏演得完满。当然腻味听“散”字这样的不祥之词。所以立下规则,众人共守,互有制约。这表达了艺人们爱班如家、和衷共济的意愿。
