只有平等、对话、理解的师生关系才是真正符合人性的师生关系.师生的平等是教育活动的基础和出发点.教育是一种精神的播种,它收获的不仅仅是知识和能力,而是精神.教师要在平等、沟通、对话的基础上去理解学生的生活世界与精神世界.信息技术的信息传递具有快速、隐蔽、灵活等特点,可以丰富传统的师生互动方式,使师生之间增加更广泛、更民主、更有针对性的交流.当它一旦和教师所担任的学科课程整合起来,我觉得学生和老师之间就更有话说,就更能构建一种新型的“平等、对话、理解”的和谐师生关系.
