用正磷酸(H_3PO_4)蚀刻釉质,以增进牙科树脂与釉质的粘结,是一种被接受和广泛应用的技术。它有效地应用于修复和预防牙医学,在正畸治疗中用以直接粘结正畸附着体,在牙周病治疗中用以固定松牙。对于磷酸用作口内蚀刻剂的最佳浓度是有争议的,事实表明商品供应的牙用磷酸,其浓度由30%至60%不等。不同的实验室技术,已被用于测定磷酸的最佳浓度,如抗张粘结强度试验、扫描电子显微镜检查、测定蚀刻深度或表面釉质丧失量等。本研究的目的,是在体外用不同浓度的磷酸测定钙的丧失总量,蚀刻深度或表面釉质溶解量和表面下层钙的溶解量。材料与方法配制约含10、20、30、40、50、60和70%H_3PO_4的磷酸溶液,以化学分析法测定浓度。磷酸溶液的实际浓度见表1。
Enamel is etched with orthophosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) to improve the bonding between dental resin and enamel, which is an accepted and widely used technique. It is effectively used in the repair and prevention of dentistry, used in orthodontic treatment to adhere orthodontic attachments directly, and to fix the teeth in the treatment of periodontal disease. The optimum concentration of phosphoric acid for use as an etchant in the mouth is controversial, as evidenced by the fact that the supply of dental phosphoric acid to the product varies from 30% to 60%. Different laboratory techniques have been used to determine the optimal concentration of phosphoric acid, such as tensile bond strength test, scanning electron microscopy, determination of etch depth or surface enamel loss and the like. The purpose of this study was to determine the total amount of calcium lost, the depth of etching or the amount of surface enamel dissolved and the amount of dissolved calcium on the surface in vitro with different concentrations of phosphoric acid. Materials and Methods The phosphoric acid solution containing 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70% H_3PO_4 was prepared and the concentration was determined by chemical analysis.
