Library knowledge service is the direction of library development in the 21st century, with the advantages and characteristics that traditional libraries can not match. Knowledge service is based on Internet information search query, to provide users with useful information and knowledge. It is a service for knowledge content and solutions. It requires that the library must provide the whole process and all-round services according to the needs of users, and promote the diversification of library services.
