目的:研究巧克囊肿术后应用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗后的护理效果。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年1月我院收治的巧克力囊肿患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组完成治疗后采用常规护理模式,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用个性化护理模式,比较两组护理对治疗的影响。结果:实验组总满意率86.68%明显高于对照组50.0%,实验组临床症状改善率93.33%明显高于对照组66.67%,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对巧克囊肿术后应用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗后采用个性化的护理模式,能够有效促进护患关系良好发展,提高护理满意度,对患者疾病的改善有一定积极意义,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To study the nursing effect of leuprolide acetate microspheres after treatment of chocolate cysts. Methods: Sixty patients with chocolate cyst treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table. The control group received routine nursing after completion of treatment. The experimental group received routine nursing Based on the use of personalized care model, the two groups of care on the impact of treatment. Results: The total satisfaction rate in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group (86.68% vs 50.0%). The improvement rate of clinical symptoms in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (93.33% vs 66.67%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of leuprolide acetate microspheres in postoperative treatment of chocolate cyst with personalized nursing model can effectively promote the good development of nurse-patient relationship, improve nursing satisfaction and have some positive effects on the improvement of patients’ disease, which is worth Clinical use.
