该文利用制造业大中型企业的面板数据研究了外资对内资企业研发支出的影响。研究发现,随着影响的渠道,企业所有制,研发支出类型的不同,影响的结果也有所不同。外资通过技术示范效应显著地促进了内资企业的研发支出,同时外资通过产品市场竞争效应和要素市场竞争效应削弱了民企的研发投资意愿和研发投资能力,进而使其减少研发支出。但外资对国企研发支出的影响并不显著。另外,无论是作为解释变量还是被解释变量,选取的研发支出类型不同,变量的显著性以及影响因素也会不同。
This paper uses panel data of large and medium-sized manufacturing companies to study the impact of foreign investment on R & D expenditures of domestic-funded enterprises. The study found that, with the impact of the channels, the type of enterprise ownership, research and development expenditures, the impact of the results are also different. Foreign investment has significantly promoted the R & D expenditures of domestic-funded enterprises through technology demonstration effects. In the meantime, foreign investment has weakened the private sector’s R & D investment will and R & D investment capacity through product market competition and factor market competition, thereby reducing R & D expenditures. However, the impact of foreign investment on state-owned R & D expenditures is not significant. In addition, whether it is as an explanatory variable or an explanatory variable, the types of R & D expenditures selected vary depending on the significance of variables and their influencing factors.
