在经济全球化的进程中,跨国公司已经成为世界经济发展不可或缺的一部分。在跨国公司发展壮大的过程中,往往会利用转移定价等方式在各国之间进行税收筹划,而无形资产在这中间发挥了重要作用。跨国公司大多利用无形资产在不同公司之间的转移进行税收筹划,达到少缴税甚至避税的效果。
