本文依据钢丝绳截面损耗缺陷的电磁无损检测原理,在实验的基础上,讨论了Hall元件在获取磁路主磁通变化信号中的特点,探讨了提高探伤精度的技术措施,并据此研制了采用多个Hall元件组合探伤的钢丝绳截面损耗电磁无损探伤传感器.
Based on the principle of electromagnetic non-destructive testing of loss of wire rope cross-section, this paper discusses the characteristics of Hall element in obtaining the main flux of magnetic circuit, and discusses the technical measures to improve the testing accuracy. Based on this, Multiple Hall Element Combination Flaw Detection of Wire Rope Section Loss Electromagnetic NDT Sensors.
