本文通过研究有关船舶油污损害的国际公约、美国1990年《油污法》和加拿大《航运法》等法律,提出了适合我国国情的船舶油污损害两重赔偿义务主体法律制度,以实现对油污损害的充分赔偿。
By studying the international conventions on ship oil pollution, the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and the “Shipping Law” of Canada, this paper puts forward the legal system of the subject of the double liability of oil pollution damage that suits our national conditions so as to realize the Full compensation.
