自学考试已经成为一个极有社会影响的高等教育形式。遗憾的是,虽然学生们已经在利用自学考试达到各种有效学习的目的,相关教育部门却并未意识到这一点。
Self-study examinations have become a highly social form of higher education. Unfortunately, although students are already using self-taught exams for various effective learning purposes, the relevant education departments are unaware of this.
