随着企业不断深入的精益化管理要求,企业部门内部文档资料资源如何精益共享管理是信息化建设的一个突出问题。,本文以在本单位实施信息资源管理系统开发为例,讲述如何归纳部门文档资料管理需求,制定设计思路、功能设计,确定技术路线,研究开发实施等项目实施过程。即为信息化人员管理信息资源提供技术参考,也可为企业信息管理提供借鉴意义。
With the continuous lean management requirements of enterprises, how to manage document resources lean in enterprise departments is a prominent issue of information construction. This article takes the development of the information resource management system in our company as an example to describe how to summarize the requirements of departmental document data management, formulate the design ideas, function design, determine the technical route, research and development implementation project implementation process.
