采用膏剂法对工业纯铁进行稀土硼铝共渗,观察了渗层组织,探讨了硼化物的形成机制。分析认为,硼化物既可在晶内形核,又可在晶界形核,并且,硼化物的生长具有方向性,并不因遇到阻力而改变。
The industrial pure iron was treated with boron and aluminum by ointment. The microstructure of the layer was observed and the formation mechanism of boride was also discussed. The analysis shows that boride can nucleate in grain and nucleate in grain boundary, and the growth of boride is directional and does not change due to resistance.
