１９９６年３月至１９９７年４月采用镍钛形状记忆合金网状支架治疗良性前列腺增生症１８例，１０例术后２天内自主排尿，５例合并膀胱结石行膀胱小切口切开取石，留置膀胱造瘘管，术后５天夹管能顺利小便。２例支架管放置位置过前而滑入膀胱，取出后其中１例重新成功置入，另１例拒绝再次放入改其他疗法，有效率９４．４％，１０例随访６至２０个月，前列腺症状评分（Ⅰ－ＰＳＳ）及最大尿流率均较术前有明显改善。
From March 1996 to April 1997, 18 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated with NiTi shape memory alloy mesh stent, 10 cases of spontaneous urination within 2 days after operation, 5 cases with bladder calculi undergone small incision of bladder to remove the bladder Fistula tube, 5 days after the tube can smoothly urinate. 2 cases of stent placement before gliding into the bladder, one of them was removed successfully reinserted, the other refused to put another change to other therapies, the effective rate was 94.4%, 10 cases were followed up for 6 to 20 months, Prostate symptom score (Ⅰ-PSS) and maximum uroflow rate were significantly improved compared with preoperative.
